This house had not been touched for over 30 years. It was the perfect opportunity to do almost anything, within the walls either side. With a brilliant architect, who never says “no”, we left the front facade standing and dug down to gain space for the third floor, which had height restrictions, due to regulations. This unremarkable house became a characterful, jewel like 4 bedroom terraced house with large living spaces and a garden with a fireplace that is used all the time.
